Is it okay for Sam to heal your character? if yes, to what extent? Sam can heal injuries, illnesses, fatigue, etc - basically his ability will attempt to bring your character back to peak condition.

Is it okay for Sam to hurt your character? same as above but in reverse! Sam's ability will also attempt to bring him back to peak condition using other character's energy.

Other Notes?: right now Sam's ability is automatic and works only through touch, so any physical contact will probably activate his ability somehow!
